Google App Isn't working right!!! Bing took over my search engine!!

My Google Chrome app has been taken down and reloaded several times and I still have the same issue with it.... and it's that when I first click it my initial page that come up is blue and weird looking... and has results by Bing!! Bing sucks! Please help! If I click on a new tab then I get the regular looking Google page with search by Google, so my Google Chrome page is just nowhere to be found. I believe in good Karma so come on, help a girl out, someone anyone?!?! ;o)
